What You Will Do:

-Establish and maintain financial control over projects, ensuring cost efficiency, budget adherence, and accurate forecasting
-Take ownership of monthly project financial reporting in close collaboration with Accounting
-Ensure timely project invoicing in accordance with contractual T&Cs
-Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insight and recommendations to project managers and leadership
-Develop and implement financial reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations) to assess project financials and manage risk
-Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within project execution

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute)
-At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as Project Controller within the Oil & Gas sector
-Excellent understanding of project controlling and estimation
-Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Business Central, Power BI and SAP experience is a plus)
