We oversee and support installation, maintenance and long-term planning of our industry-leading products at global customer sites.Partner with the bestThe role will be focusing on plant solution projects, both stick built and modularized for the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.As a Senior Project Engineer– Plant & Module Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Leading of all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project
• Engineering partners coordination for any technical aspect of the project, including machinery team and construction partner
• Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partners sites to technically support a flawless execution of all the activities needed
• Coordinating with functional managers in setting realistic and stretching operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications
• Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a background in Engineering
• Have extensive experience (5+ years) in technical roles and Engineering Management (from EPC companies preferred)
• Demonstrate project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
• Have experience with complex projects and exposure to customers
• Have good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions
• Have great oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams
