• Knowledge and experience

• bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• a sound knowledge of ICT concepts, operations and processes
• basic knowledge of legal processes, information management and experience with functional analysis (system and/or process) is a plus

• Industry background: Software & Technology
• Project Management: You are strong in planning and organizing. You can monitor the scope, tasks and budget agreed with the customer. You have at least 5 years experience with complex or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, ensures information flow and pro-active customer communication, stakeholder communication
• Strong Customer focus, takes care of customer satisfaction, is committed to finding solutions for the customer, and considers the customer’s perspective when making decisions,
• Problem solving: analytical skills to grasp problems in their entirety, ability to break down problems into subtopics, finds pragmatic solutions
• Results-oriented: Ability to set priorities / Understands priorities / Adapts own actions / tasks to achieve results
