Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £450 per day, depending on experienceContract: 9-12 months
Sector: Modular (MMC)

• Are you a Construction Project Manager with experience within the construction/offsite industry?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who is passionate about construction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities, not exhaustive:

• Create comprehensive project plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Develop programmes of work produced by the Preconstruction Manager
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client team
• Collaborate with the design and manufacturing team
• Coordinate the on-site assembly of modular units
• Conduct or oversee inspections during the on-site assembly
• In collaboration with the Design Manager and external consultants, ensure that the project complies with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Identify potential risks associated with the project, including production delays, transportation issues, and on-site challenges and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Plan resources effectively
• Monitor project progress against the project plan
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and other
• Ensure that all parties adhere to the terms of the contract

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Degrees in Construction or project management
• PRINCE2 or APM
• Previous experience in construction project management, Modular would be preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be willing and able to obtain SC security Clearance for high security sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-level decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Sharepoint
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
