A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Berkshire is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile refurbishment and rekit projects within the defence and secure estates sector.As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex and technical projects across production, laboratory and scientific facilities. This consultancy is known for delivering exceptional built environment solutions and offers exposure to a wide variety of work, with strong support for career development and progression.The Senior Project Manager’s roleThe Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for managing projects at all stages, from initial design through to successful completion. You will be working closely with internal teams and stakeholders including planners, engineers, and commercial managers, particularly across projects requiring mechanical and electrical installations and HVAC systems.Key responsibilities include:Managing refurbishment and rekit projects across secure and technical facilitiesDriving project performance, quality, and programme deliveryLeading on NEC contract administration and reportingPreparing project execution plans, risk registers and strategic reportsMonitoring costs, progress and performance across RIBA stagesEnsuring compliance with all client and regulatory requirementsDue to the nature of the work, the Senior Project Manager must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.The Senior Project ManagerIdeally the Senior Project Manager will have:Proven experience in managing projects across technical or secure environmentsExcellent understanding of MEP systems, HVAC and specialist building servicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience delivering across all RIBA stagesEligibility for UK security clearanceIn Return?Salary up to £65,000Hybrid working available26 days holiday + Bank Holidays + buy/sell schemePrivate healthcare, life assurance and cash planProfessional development and chartership supportPension scheme and wellbeing supportIf you are a Project Manager considering your career opportunities, then please contact Alex Ridgeway at Brandon James.01628 367033Reference #AR20341
