Their team thrives on pushing creative boundaries while maintaining exceptional standards of project execution.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role overseeing multiple fit-out projects across London and the Southeast, typically valued from £1m to £5m. You’ll manage the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes are met, quality remains uncompromised and the client experience is exceptional.Your day-to-day will include:Leading and mentoring site & project teams to deliver outstanding results.Coordinating closely with in-house design and commercial teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.Managing programmes, H&S compliance, quality inspections and financial reporting.Representing the company brand with professionalism, championing their client-first ethos.REQUIREMENTSProven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & B) in London, ideally with a design & build contractor.Comfortable managing multiple schemes and high-value projects simultaneously.Excellent client-facing skills, able to build trust and maintain relationships.Strong knowledge of project programmes, H&S legislation and quality assurance.A proactive leader who inspires teams and takes pride in delivering exceptional spaces.REWARDS AND BENEFITSCompetitive salary and package, tailored to experience.Clear path to directorship for ambitious individuals.A supportive, non-corporate environment that values creativity and personal growth.The opportunity to work on landmark commercial interiors that shape London’s workspace landscape.Regular team events and a positive, collaborative culture.
