Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)Location: London or MidlandsSector: Commercial DevelopmentSalary: £70,000 – £80,000Qualifications: MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB preferredAn established and highly regarded UK consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing project management team. This opportunity will suit a driven individual with a proven track record in NEC contract management, ideally gained within the infrastructure or large-scale commercial sectors.The Role:You will play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-value schemes, with particular emphasis on NEC contract administration. Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you’ll lead project delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. The pipeline includes infrastructure upgrades, commercial new-builds, and refurbishments Nationwide.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of infrastructure and commercial projects
• Administer NEC contracts (Option A & C) effectively and independently
• Manage stakeholder communication, project risk, programme, and delivery
• Oversee procurement strategy and reporting
• Provide support and mentoring to junior PMs
• Ensure project outcomes meet quality, time, and budget expectations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Professionally qualified (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent)
• Strong NEC contract experience (essential)
• Background in consultancy project management
• Experience delivering projects in sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, or public realm
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
• Flexible to travel regionally as required
