Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Surrey, 2 days remote
Salary: £50,000 – £67,000 + packageAre you an experienced Project Manager with a background in architecture, estates development, or master planning? Do you have a strong understanding of public sector estates planning, particularly in health or life sciences?We are recruiting for a consultancy specialising in health and life sciences, supporting public sector organisations with estate planning and strategic development. You will be seconded directly into a client as part of a small, high-performing team, supporting a government department’s Science Estate Planning Function.What You’ll Do:

• Lead estate planning and management projects within health and life sciences environments
• Act as the key client contact, managing stakeholder relationships effectively
• Work within structured project management frameworks (RIBA Plan of Work, OGC Gateways, NHS Capital Investment Manual)
• Support business development, contributing to strategic growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Architectural, project management, or related background (degree/equivalent required)
• Chartered membership (e.g. RIBA, ARB, RICS, CIAT, CIBSE, CIOB, APM PMQ, or MICE)
• Experience delivering public sector estate projects (health/life sciences preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement & strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with public sector estate frameworks (healthcare, life sciences, education)

Security Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of UK work experience due to security vetting
