This remote role focuses on ERP and CRM implementations, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).Join a dynamic global team spanning 80+ manufacturing facilities and 7,000+ employees across six continents—and help us deliver impactful digital transformation.🛠️ What You’ll DoLead the full lifecycle of D365 implementations across the EMEA region—on time, on scope, and on budgetCollaborate across IT, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to align project goals with business strategyPlan, execute, and manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesCommunicate progress, issues, and successes transparently with all stakeholdersCoach and mentor teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and strong delivery outcomesCreate project artifacts (plans, budgets, reports, postmortems) to ensure best practices are followedDrive user adoption through effective change management✅ What You Bring:A solid track record in IT project management, with significant hands-on experience in supporting or implementing ERP/CRM business systemsMinimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft D365 F&OStrong knowledge of D365 modules, integrations, and functionalitiesAbility to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendorsFluent in English; a second European language is a plusProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferredFamiliarity with ITIL, BABOK, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) a plus
