We are looking to grow our project management capability to work with our product owners, business sponsors and partners to lead project delivery within our transformation programmeWe’re recruiting for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager/Agile Delivery Lead. This a permanent position, working 37 hours a week, with the flexibility of a mix of home and office working – our technical delivery teams are based out of our Portsmouth office.One of our key values is to be a modern and vibrant workplace. Here’s the facts about the role:As Senior Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of major digital transformation and change projects across the organisation. You’ll lead individual/multiple teams while supporting and guiding senior stakeholders, to ensure major projects are successful and achieve their goals, within the required timescales and budget. The senior project manager / agile delivery lead also takes the key role in the PMO, helping to mentor other Project Managers and Leads.The senior project manager / agile delivery lead is responsible for the planning and delivery of the defined project scope and management of the team to achieve the project objectives.Initially, this role will be part of our main transformation programme, replacing our core Housing Management system with a Microsoft Dynamics based system. Ultimately this programme will impact all of VIVID and therefore is key focus for the coming years. You’ll establish projects, ensuring project purpose, key objectives, measures of success and required investment are documented and understood, and that the project’s governance and team are established and briefed, and that all the necessary plans and controls are in place.You’ll have a recognised Project Management Methodology and Agile/Scrum qualification, such as SAFe. Experience of delivery in a transformation environment working within a programme managing dependencies alongside other project managers and substantial experience supporting senior stakeholders through complex IT transformational change.You’ll have strong hands-on capability of using project management tools to control projects such as MS Project, Jira/ADO, RAID logs, etc with an understanding of BA and Business Change methodologies.We’re a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services in the south of England.
