Together, we will build on our company’s long history and keep on leading the way to a better world.Discover your exciting roleThe Senior Project Manager directs, controls and delivers a large, complex project, or several smaller but simultaneous projects, in the best interests of the customer and the Company.This responsibility may take effect at the bidding and negotiation stage, or at the start of the Project on site.The role concerns a large Data Center Project in the Parisian Area.Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that all legal and Company safety requirements are met.
• Ensure that all Company / Consortium procedures are fulfilled, and that relevant information is communicated to all staff.
• Develop excellent relationships with customers and potential customers and their respective advisors.
• In partnership with the Business Manager and Human Resources, ensure that the project(s) employ(s) enough qualified personnel, and that future human resources requirements are known, identified and planned.
• Ensure a thorough cost control on the project.
• Ensure, as far as possible and foreseeable, that the company’s interests are protected during all project phases, included the post contract discussions.
• Lead by example by setting standards of behavior and conduct on the project.
• Communicate the Group’s project strategy to the entire project team and ensure that objectives are deployed, understood, and met.
• Interface with the purchasing leader during the bidding/negotiation/construction phases.
• Manage the works program together with the Construction Manager.

Show your expertise

• University degree in science and/or engineering (or equivalent), with significant project management experience on complex projects.
• Construction experience required, proven records in Data Centers construction highly appreciated.
• Fluent English
• Fluent French (clients language)
• Valid Schengen work permit required for non-European applicants.

• Experience in a multicultural context
