• Project Planning & Execution: We develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables, ensuring clear milestones and deadlines. We lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance operational readiness, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Process Improvement and Documentation: We develop and standardize the O2C process design methodology framework, coordinating with business stakeholders on design, rollout, contingency plans, engagement, and continuous improvement. We identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operational setup and maintain thorough documentation of readiness processes and lessons learned for future projects.
• Change Management: We design and implement change management strategies to support teams in adapting to new processes and technologies. We establish and optimize processes for customer support readiness, distribution management, warranty handling, and partner/supplier onboarding.
• Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: We collaborate with internal departments such as Product, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Corporate IT, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of operational readiness projects. We maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Your Profile as Senior Project Manager Operational Readiness (m/f/d):

• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on operational readiness, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects with complex deliverables, ideally in an operational or service-focused environment.
• Familiarity with operational readiness concepts, systems, and processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Service Delivery, Customer Onboarding).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, German) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• PMP, Prince2, or other Project Management certifications are highly desirable
