As our new Senior Project Manager, your main focus will be to head our strategic Transfer of Technology projects, as well as playing a role in the execution of our customer delivery projects.You will build strong partnerships and manage programs and projects in close cooperation with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage expectations and secure alignment. You will be working across our support functions within our supply chain i.e. sales, legal, R&D, production, procurement, quality & configuration management, to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and our customer expectations.Moreover, you will become part of our Program Excellence team that values innovation, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence. We are working in a collaborative, dynamic, and informal environment. Depending on project activities, yearly travel days from 30-60 must be expected.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour main responsibilities include:

  • With direct contact to our customers and end users, you will follow through and ensure that your stakeholders are continuously kept in the loop
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix structure, ensuring efficient collaboration and the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Create understanding and commitment by addressing targets, uncertainties and risks and by handling subsequent corrective actions on time
  • Support contract negotiations, prizing and calculations and offset agreements
  • Take ownership of the Transfer of Technology (ToT) processes, maintain as is and develop, as needed

Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

  • You have an engineering approach and hold a bachelor’s degree in production-, electronics- or mechanical engineering
  • You have through experience and through past positions achieved solid technical background, on top of which, you have chosen a project management career path with a least five years of experience
  • Experience from working internationally will be a benefit
  • You can navigate in a political landscape and are curious to understand cultural behavior
  • You have good understanding within production processes used for electronics and mechanics and understand R&D working processes and basics
  • You understand sourcing and production planning and can support a Recipient in this
  • You understand basics and techniques used for testing, verification and validation and have basic understanding about quality- and configuration management within Security and Defense
