The Role:

 

Oxfam GB is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work alongside the Project Business Lead to direct, co-ordinate and control an ambitious Digital Transformation Portfolio of work

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

 

An ideal candidate for the role will also have: extensive experience of delivering significant transformational projects within a complex organizational context.  Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills and experience of empowering and inspiring others to deliver success.   Experience in strategic planning, risk management and significant business change.  Experience of delivering projects in a global context, focused on digital, Finance ERP and Human Resources ERP is desirable.
