Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for the telecommunications industry? Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Procurement Manager to lead their procurement efforts and drive success in project execution!Responsibilities:Oversee overall procurement cost and resources for projects, identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company policy, including supplier qualification, selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
Source new suppliers, build a comprehensive supplier map, and maintain strong relationships with CXOs. 🤝
Manage supplier performance daily, conducting evaluations, addressing complaints, and crafting improvement plans.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil work, Engineering, Green Energy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in data centre building, civil work, or green energy is a plus! 🌱
Proficient in office software (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong cost analysis skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and social abilities.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
