The position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality Lead to join our team. As a Senior Quality Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of quality processes and systems, making a substantial impact on our organization.

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

-Act as a seller-side advisor by thoroughly understanding the Seller’s business needs and current QMS.
-Prioritize and rank identified quality risks and potential gaps, providing crucial support and advice to address them.
-Assist in the preparation for integration to NN QMS, ensuring compliance with health authority requirements.
-Manage project milestones, activities, and resources for the successful integration of NN acquired assets.
-Act as a trusted partner build bridges with the acquired company.
-Lead assigned integration projects, identify subtrack milestones, and contribute to the development of robust project plans.
-Proactively identify and implement optimization initiatives.
-Open minded and critical thinking when building integration plans.

Please note that this position will involve regular travels.

To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

-An academic degree related to the field.
-Minimum 7 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years of successful experience leading cross-organisational initiatives.
-Extensive knowledge and experience with GMP, GCP or device regulation.
-Proficient English skills and exceptional stakeholders’ management and presentation skills.
-Willingness to travels.

About the department
Quality Integration is a newly established function responsible for the quality-related integration of acquired companies or assets into Novo Nordisk. The team consists of 10 highly motivated and competent Senior Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Positive team spirit and collaboration is essential in our daily work.
