They are looking to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyor for Waterford & South East
Typically large-scale building projects in excess €40,000,000
Public and Private contracts in various sectors: – high density residential, commercial, pharma, academic, industrial etc

Site & office based, reporting to Commercial Director your team will include Project + Intermediate QSs
8+ yrs experience required with established Main Contractor in Ireland or UK
Large project and/or D&B experience preferred
Salary to €100,000 including Company Vehicle / Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, VHI, Gym Membership, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Loyalty Reward Scheme, Professional Membership Fees, Education Assistance / Chartership Development
Drivers Licence
