A multinational IT software company seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Recruiter to join their growing team.Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
Contribute to global recruitment projects, enhancing employer branding and attracting diverse talent.
Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers within the design community.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition.
Prepare and present regular hiring and recruitment overviews and reports for management.Elvárások / Requirements5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with global recruitment practices is a plus.
Advanced English language skills are a must.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
