Role Responsibilities
* Drive sales in the Benelux IVF market: Build, manage and expand relationships with fertility clinics and IVF laboratories, positioning premium ART devices as solutions that raise clinical success rates and lab performance.
* Own your region strategically: Plan and organise your sales tours independently, identify new opportunities, develop regional go x2011;to x2011;market strategies and open up new customer segments in line with the company’s growth objectives.
* Act as a technical partner to clinics: Provide expert product presentations, training and support on IVF devices and ART workflows, translating complex technical features into clinical and economic benefits that support the mission of improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
* Proven IVF sales expertise: At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVF medical device industry, ideally combined with a background as an Embryologist – an ideal platform to position yourself as a trusted specialist and advisor to fertility clinics.
* Deep ART/IVF know x2011;how & digital skills: In x2011;depth technical knowledge of Assisted Reproductive Technology and IVF devices, plus confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to analyse your territory, prepare presentations and manage your pipeline.
* Entrepreneurial, customer x2011;focused mindset: Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent way of working, professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken) and a genuine passion for excellent customer service and long-term relationship building.
