Hybrid from Poznań, B2B/CoEYour new roleCollaboration with departments to understand their needs and develop appropriate SAP solutions.Working with the Corporation and other SAP companies (including German-speaking ones) to adapt the project template to the company’s environment and implement solutions that support business processes, considering necessary accompanying projects (such as financial projects and technical projects like system migration/conversion to S/4Hana).Translating business requirements into technical specifications for the solutions being prepared.Implementing, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions in local environments.Seeking innovative proposals for business requirements.Preparing documentation and training materials for the delivered solutions.Collaborating with external partners and other service teams in the SAP area.Continuously improving the software development process by applying best programming and implementation practices.What you’ll need to succeed Expected competencies and skills:

• Higher education, preferably in IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior/Expert SAP consultant.
• Experience in international projects in roles such as lead consultant, solution architect, or project manager.
• Good command of English (B2–C1).
• Practical experience in configuring and making changes in SAP MM/WM/SD modules.
• Knowledge of business processes implemented in the aforementioned SAP modules.
• Practical experience in working with Fiori design, UI, Fiori Gateway services, WebIDE, and Fiori Launchpad configuration – optional.
• Practical experience in identifying and analyzing business requirements and translating them into delivered solutions.
• Ability to evaluate solution concepts, including analyzing pros and cons to choose the best option.
• Ability to present ideas in both technical language and user-friendly terms.
• Good command of German (B2-C1)- nice to have
• Knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO – optional.
