Senior SAP Support Consultant – SCMAs a Senior SAP Support Consultant for Supply Chain Management, you will be a key member of our Regional Enterprise Support (RES) team responsible for ensuring the success of SAP operations in our business regions across the Globe. You will solve a variety of issues and fulfill requests ranging from incidents to service requests and changes, all to ensure business continuity for other ASICS commercial entities.How you will help us:Based in our European Headquarters in Hoofddorp and reporting to the Global Senior RES Manager, as part of the role you will:

• Provide SAP operational support. You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support to business uses via tickets received from ServiceNow as well before, during, and after Go Live of projects and new implementations to our key uses community.
• Ensure continuity of our business operations. You will make sure our day to day business operations run smoothly in SAP and other integrated systems, owning the responsibility of raised incidents and performing root cause analysis for the right preventive measures to be taken.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders. You will establish and maintain highly effective relationships with various ASICS stakeholders and ensure the correct stakeholders are being informed during high and major incidents.
• Support change initiatives. You will provide functional support for all approved change requests, system enhancements, maintenance and upgrades, as well as contribute to the functional scope and key milestones of project deliverables.

• SAP Experience in Fashion or Retail. You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Retail and/or Fashion industry with related SAP systems (AFS, FMS). Ideally, you also have experience with S/4 HANA.
• Solid Understanding of SAP Modules. You have a solid understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution and Retail processes, and experience in either SD or MM functional streams.
• Excellent Analytics Skills. You use a process oriented approach to diagnose and solve complex problems and never miss a detail.
• Great interpersonal skills. You are an effective communicator who priorities building good relationships with your internal and external customers.
