Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site per Week)
Start Date: 19 May 2025

Job Type: Full-Time Contract – 12 months

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within a large-scale Digital Transformation program. This role plays a critical part in enabling delivery excellence and advancing agile maturity across high-impact technology teams developing AI-driven and data-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

-Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
-Guide and support 3 experienced Scrum teams working across digital innovation domains (R&D, business case systems, sales forecasting).
-Work closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog grooming and prioritization.
-Identify and remove blockers to maintain consistent delivery flow.
-Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in team processes.
-Ensure alignment between Agile team output and broader organizational objectives.
-Track and report on Agile metrics, sprint progress, and team performance.
-Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile mindset, tools, and practices.
-Support adoption of a new, harmonized Agile Ways of Working blueprint, including quarterly planning cadences.Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
-Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally supporting multiple Agile teams.
-Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
-Solid understanding of Agile scaling methods (SAFe experience is a plus).
-Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
-Proven track record in cross-functional team leadership and Agile coaching.
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.Key Skills:
