Job description

We are looking for Senior Scrum Master for our client in the Pharma Industry. Do you have a strong record of working as a Scrum Master, and do you have experience from the pharma industry?If yes, apply today!You will be the Scrum Master for 1-2 products teams, the first being a greenfield software product team working call PS Chat, an internal AI platform designed to revolutionize the way we interact with technology. PS Chat leverages state-of-the-art AI technologies and large language models (LLMs) to provide a versatile, user-friendly, and secure platform for creating custom chatbots. The client continues to build and invest in in-house digital solutions, and Digital Products are playing an instrumental role in partnering with the business to bring these solutions to life. As a Scrum Master in Digital Products, you will help them shape, develop, and implement digital solutions in Product Supply, ultimately addressing some of the biggest business opportunities they have.Location: Greater Copenhagen Area, hybrid. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong understanding of the Scrum methodology
• Experience working with DevOps teams and products
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus
• Experience from the pharma industry
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English – both written and oral.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team and the wider organization
• Drive a data-driven maturity allowing the team to evaluate the impact of all improvements
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
• Coach the team and its stakeholders on agile practices and principles
• Ensure that the team is living up to the agile principles
• Support the team in improving their practices through solid knowledge of the scrum framework (and other relevant frameworks, techniques, and practices)
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and OKRs (Objectives Key Results) when needed, focusing on outcomes over output
• Facilitate the team’s agile practices and events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed
• Identify and help remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
• Work with the Product Owner and the team to shape the product backlog to establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Be an active member of Digital Products’ Agile Chapter
