Job Title: Senior Site ManagerLocation: West Midlands, Worcestershire, BromsgroveJob Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to FridayPrimary Industry: Construction, New build housing, House buildingSalary: £60,000 – £70,000 Per annumBenefits: car allowance or company car, fuel allowance, bonus scheme, private pension, private healthcare, life insurance and moreQualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6, Driving LicenceSkills: Traditional new build housingA National Housing Developer with a reputation for high quality homes has a new site kicking off in Bromsgrove and are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team!Offering a personal progression plan from day one and the opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager within 12 – 18 months.Job Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Monitor and report on progress to the Project Manager
• Manage budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid Certification
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Site Manager role with a PLC Housing Developer
• Demonstrated experience in traditional new build housing projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily on construction sites
• Regularly work extended hours to meet project deadlines
