PosizioneWe are looking for a Senior Backend Developer / Senior Backend Engineer to be responsible for the technical development of Sencare. You will be building and maintaining scalable and reliable architecture and backlog.Being in a flexible and fast-changing environment, you will play a critical role in taking strategic choices and will feel the impact of these choices right away, having the opportunity to actively participate in the evolution of our technologies and achievement of our mission.You’ll work closely with Startup Bakery’s operating team. The Technology Department will provide support in all product strategy implementations, structures and key decisions making processes.Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to backend development, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Maintain and evolve the cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize relational databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

RequisitiMust have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant fields
• 5+ Years experience as a Backend Software Engineer/Developer
• Proficiency with Node.js
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with GitHub Actions/Pipelines for CI/CD automation
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Good written and spoken English
• Collaborative and well suited to work in team

Nice to have:

• Master’s Degree, PhD, Certifications or similar
• Experience with microservices paradigm (e.g. GraphQL, Rest)
• Proficiency with Python
• Experience with React or React Native
• Docker
