Commify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for creating outstanding user experiences and expertise in frontend technologies. - Build high quality, user friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Deploy public facing web and mobile applications to production cloud environments at scale.
- Collaborate with UX designers, Product Management, and developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Translate Figma designs into functional and performant UI components.
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
- Design and implement responsive web applications.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Produce high quality code, adhering to software engineering quality standards.
- Integrate UI components with backend services (ASP.Net Core).
- Leverage Capacitor and Electron to build cross platform applications.
- Develop and maintain Chrome extensions using the Chrome Extension API.
- Work with System and QA Engineers to deliver test and deployment automation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong expertise in User Interface development using Angular and the .Net tech stack.
- Proficiency in .Net, C#, Angular (version 17+), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS.
- Proven experience across backend and frontend development.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, Azure functions, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of backend services.
- Extensive experience with Agile practices aligned to Scrum and Lean.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience with Capacitor, Electron, and Chrome Extension API.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Desirable skills:
- Experience in building and scaling multi-channel CPaaS/messaging platforms (SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, and Email).
- Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Jest or other testing frameworks for frontend applications.
