Cpl Recruitment are seeking talented Senior Software Developers to join our clients Research and Development team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative, cutting-edge medical device products, shaping the future of diagnostics.This role is based in Donegal.Responsibilities

• Create software for next-generation diagnostic instruments.
• Work across internal teams on software development projects, including preparing reports and quality control documentation.
• Assist in planning and executing testing procedures to validate software functionality.
• Operate within a large software development team, engaging in dynamic, multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in professional software development using C#.
• Skilled in software application architecture and UI design patterns like MVVM, MVC, or MVP.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies, CI/CD platforms, and unit testing.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based within a commutable distance to Dublin

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in tools like WPF, WinUI, Blazor, MAUI, or Xamarin.
• Experience with embedded device communication (wired/wireless protocols).
• Familiarity with ORMs, .NET Core, or ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Proficiency in additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Experience in regulated environments.
