We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Staff Hardware Verification Engineer (H/F) in France.

ROLE: Senior Staff Hardware Verification Engineer (H/F)
LOCATION:
Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France
DURATION: Permanent
SALARY: 55K – 75K EUR / year (depending on qualifications and experience)
Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment on highly configurable and complex systems. As a Senior Staff Hardware Verification Engineer, you will take ownership of the verification process, ensuring design quality and robustness while working autonomously and closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

-Analyze architecture specifications.
-Propose, estimate, and implement validation strategies for new features within a complete system using the UVM methodology.
-Extend the test suite and propose new configurations to validate features.
-Update the testbench generation engine to support new features and the latest VIPs, simulators, and compilation tools.
-Monitor regressions, debug tests, and automate reporting of coverage metrics (code and functional).
-Provide support and resolve internal and customer tickets (reported by Application Engineers).
-Continuously improve the verification environment, workflows, and processes to boost performance.Your Expertise

-8–12+ years of experience in digital circuit design and verification.
-Strong background in verification workflow improvement.
-Expertise in RTL testbench creation and debugging, using UVM methodology.
-Experience integrating vendor-supplied VIPs for both unit and system-level verification.
-Solid knowledge of Arm AMBA protocols.
-Strong hardware (Verilog/SystemVerilog) and software programming skills (Python, Java, Scala, C++, JavaScript).
-Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
-Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player.Education Requirements

-Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
