We are looking for a Senior STEM Content Specialist, clinical expert, to join our team in Barcelona.You’ll join our Clinical team, which is responsible for curating Clinical content from different sources including clinical trial registries, press releases, scientific journals, congress abstracts, company websites, and FDA documents which are delivered mainly for Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence, Trials Intelligence and Digital Health Intelligence products.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• PhD in Life Sciences.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a global corporation in analyzing and updating clinical information.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trials, pharmaceutical drug pipelines, drug development, and clinical phases.
• Excellent project management capabilities with a strong focus in identifying opportunities for synergies, content enhancements and simplification of complex processes.

It would be great if you also had

• Post-doctoral research experience.
• Customer facing experience.
• Knowledge of Cortellis Trials Intelligence and Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence products.
• Ability to solve problems, focus on what’s important, eliminate blockers and define priorities properly.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, cope with change and make decisions in a timely manner in not well-defined circumstances.
• Capability to work remotely with peers in an international environment.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Design strategies to deliver high quality and timely Clinical content. Resolve complex data curation.
• Act as primary escalation point for resolving content queries from internal and external customers using high scientific expertise.
• Build partnership and work collaboratively to deliver complex Clinical content projects in a matrixed environment.
• Research and analyse content on new scientific trending topics and identify Clinical content and product enhancement opportunities.
• Analyse and identify training and developmental needs for yourself or the team on an on-going basis.
• Identify system inefficiencies and/or error states and create plans/initiatives for remediation.
• Implement plans based on guidelines that know the most efficient process for getting things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively plans to drive results and ensure accountability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Product and Technology stakeholders.

• You’ll be reporting to the Manager, Clinical based in India and join an international and diverse team of more than 40 colleagues mostly based in India.

Hours of WorkThis is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.What we can offer
