The Team

Based within the wider team of Student Success and Employability, the Careers Team is an innovative, forward thinking team focused on the strategic priority of empowering our students to succeed after they graduate. The Careers team deliver professional and research informed education, information, advice and guidance to students across all degree courses and levels.

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Student Success Adviser (Careers) to take a lead on the provision of professional level careers advice and guidance; creating, managing and delivering innovative solutions to support students and graduates on a one to one basis. 

The role will also take a lead on a number of collaborative projects, working with colleagues across the university, aimed at increasing student and graduate employability.

Required Skills and Experience

You will be an experienced careers professional and hold a Level 6 qualification in Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance along with a good understanding of Careers provision in HE. You will be a team player, a strategic thinker and have the ability to design, deliver, manage and evaluate projects effectively.
