Senior Supervisor/InstructorTraining Centres, Day Services & Community Hubs(aligned to the Workshop Supervisor/Instructor, Senior salary scale)Fulltime Permanent, 39 hour working weekQualifications, experience required:

• A relevant third level qualification in the area of Health and Social Care is essential
• Full Driver’s licence is desirable
• Experience of working with people who have complex needs/Intectual Disability is essential
• Person centred in their approach; really listen to what people we support communicate
• Community based support experience
• Familiarity with relevant policies on day services
• Ability to develop and implement person centred programmes
• Good communication and people skills
• Initiative, flexibility, enthusiasm
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Confidentiality and a focus on dignity when providing care
• Excellent team working skills and the ability to motivate others
• Ability to co-ordinate timetables, activities and plans based on the needs of the people we support
