Responsible for forecasting, streamlining costs, supplier performance and inventory management, our supply chain teams provide invaluable knowledge on how we flex our business to meet requirements.As Senior Supply Planner, works with the Commercial Teams and Operations, within the EMEA Demand & Supply Planning scope, to deliver a best in class supply and inventory management for the product groups that are assigned to you. This role plays a critical part in enabling and putting into action the desired “Customer Experience”, ensuring a 95% OTIF service levels.What To Expect
- Strategic Planning: Develop and lead strategic supply planning using advanced analytics, optimizing processes to align with business goals, and designing multi-level planning for better resource utilization and supply chain resilience
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify emerging technologies and best practices, while driving initiatives to enhance supply planning processes and overall supply chain efficiency
- Collaboration and Community Engagement: Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales to align supply planning with business goals, while fostering an engaged user community to share best practices, gather feedback, and drive initiative participation
- Performance Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor performance through key indicators (KPI, BPI, PPI) for supply planning and inventory management, while proactively identifying and mitigating supply and demand risks
- Identifies and highlights opportunities and risks in business and operations plans and works with commercial/ operations teams to mitigated the same.
- Supports and identifies supply issues (and gaps to plan), identify scenarios to mitigate, and prepare recommendations
- Leads allocation process of constrained products and executes the strategy through Divisional and local partners.
- Leads enhancements and automation in Oracle and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) supported by IT applications.

Required Experience
- Degree and/or certification in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning.
- 10+ years of experience in complex multinationals and networks of Production Plants and Distribution Centers.
- Experience with complex Distribution Centers networks, and familiar with Hub-Satellite set-ups.
- Skills in process mapping, value chain mapping, Lean concepts (SIPOC, DMAIIC, 5S)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills, experience using ERP (Oracle, ASCP) and reporting tools like Qlikview, Qliksense and PowerBI would be a benefit.
- Experience in calculation and management of key critical Supply Planning parameters (i.e. EOQs, Safety Stock, Lead Times, Standard Deviations and Seasonality Indexes).
- Familiar and experience with planning methodologies like, ATO,MTO, MTS.
