Our mission is to be the digital partner for sustainability and energy efficiency:Great people make Schneider Electric a great company – and now we are looking for a Senior Sustainability Analyst to join our Budapest based team.As a Senior Sustainability Analyst, you will be working on supporting clients in meeting their mandatory and voluntary compliance obligations and targets across Europe, proactively supporting the development of new products connected to environmental compliance and sustainability, working with internal tools and platforms. You shall be an effective communicator and represent the company in front of clients and other external stakeholders.You shall be able to analyze and summarize, question and challenge data and other information, feel comfortable working with numbers, shall have great digital skills, and strong knowledge of Excel.What you will do:

• Lead client interactions, present and explain results​
• Educate clients, identify needs and translate to commercial opportunities​
• Contribute and lead the development of client sustainability reports ​
• Support and lead clients in internal and external reporting initiatives to key stakeholders​
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data with a particular focus on environmental, social and governance data and produce timely reports​
• Research, analyze and advise on client-specific strategies regarding sustainability policies and activities​
• Support the development of initiatives and reporting models for monitoring or informing corporate goals for energy reduction and adoption
• Lead delivery programs involving multiple stakeholders internally and externally, develop timeline and efficiently use risk anticipation tools

What we need from you:

• University degree in Environmental / Economic / Legal areas
• 2-3 years of working experience in a multinational environment
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are welcome
• Environmental background preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must (knowledge of Excel formulas and functions)
• Basic understanding of European environmental and carbon regulations is an advantage
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Excellent customer focus
• Ability to manage routine tasks
• Precision, attention to details and an excellent quality focus
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties within an international environment
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressured environment
