Our client, a pioneering entity in the utility sector, is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor/Coach to join their team on a contract basis. Known for driving innovation and prioritizing employee growth, this company operates across various beautiful regions in Belgium and you will focus on the offices in East- and West-Flanders. Role Responsibilities:

* Coach individuals and groups by providing development advice, managing career transitions, handling reintegration post-illness, and guiding career progression.
* Actively participate in optimizing talent processes, contributing innovative solutions to enhance career coaching methodologies.
* Collaborate within a team to ensure effective communication and successful talent development projects, supporting the company’s overarching mission.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Coaching, or a related field.
* Professional coaching certification is a must.
* At least 5 years or more proven experience in career coaching and talent development.
* Experience in large corporate environments.
* Experience guiding internal reorientation projects.
* Fluent level of Dutch and English
