In this role you:

• Analyze and evaluate global market trends and bring in the outside perspective
• Develop (IT) products, from concept to launch, in an international business environment
• Are an ambassador of your products to senior stakeholders and you seek alignment on critical strategic product decisions
• Develop products that create value for our customers
• You lead and manage agile teams or strategic projects.

QualificationsYou have a university degree in a relevant area e.g. IT, Business Administration or Human Resources and have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of technical product development.Furthermore, you bring in the following mindset and skills:

• Experience in leading strategic/cross-functional IT projects in global corporate environments, paired with excellent leadership and intercultural skills
• Experience translating business requirements into products
• Storytelling and stakeholder management at top management level
• Experience in steering vendors effectively
• Customer-centric mindset where you think in E2E customer solution
• Experience managing international teams
• Nice to have: Experience in negotiation with data privacy and social partners
• Your English is on the highest level, German language is a benefit
• You are flexible for business travels
