From building world-class experiences for cultural icons like Salvador Dalí and FC Barcelona to developing the core tech that powers them—our work is deeply creative, technically ambitious, and built for global scale.One of our most powerful internal products is XRoam – our proprietary platform for managing immersive VR exhibitions remotely. It’s a flexible, complex, and ever-evolving ecosystem. To take it to the next level, we’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the vision, drive support and development workflows, and shape how studios and clients interact with the platform.What will you do?

• Lead and evolve Xroam as a product across support, UX, onboarding, and feature development

• Design and structure support workflows, documentation, knowledge base, and internal training for teams using Xroam
• Collaborate with devs on dashboard UX, remote control, analytics, kiosk applications, and other visitor-facing touchpoints
• Deliver a clear product roadmap: define specs, prioritize features, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery
• Manage direct reports
• Understanding of the agile framework and scrum methodologies. Or any alternative high performing framework for software development teams.
• Drive customer training and onboarding for external partners and studios
• Contribute to technical documentation, guides, onboarding flows, and product training sessions
• Work closely with Support, Dev, Business, and Creative teams to align goals and outcomes

Requirements

• Strong background in Unity development
• Proven experience working on web products: dashboards, remote interfaces, analytics, UX workflows
• Excellent understanding of VR
• Ability to create wireframes, UX flows, and product specs from scratch (Figma or similar tools)
• Experience leading or co-leading cross-functional teams, including developers and support
• A problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
