We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced SeniorTechnical Programme Manager to join our Schools & Universities PPP Operations team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a €3-€4 million annual pipeline of lifecycle and capital projects across a high-profile portfolio.About the RoleYou will lead theplanning, execution, and governance of lifecycle and capital works, ensuringalignment with client goals, budget expectations, and regulatory standards.Working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors, you willmanage technical risk, compliance, and programme timelines while promoting bestpractice in health and safety and project delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle and capital project delivery from concept through to completion
• Develop and maintain programme schedules and budgets
• Support procurement and contract management processes
• Ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards
• Provide governance, reporting, and technical oversight across the portfolio
• Manage risk, cost, scope, and quality at all stages of the programme
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent in building services, surveying, or project management
• Strong experience in construction, maintenance, or technical FM environments
• Proven project and supply chain management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety law and construction regulations
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to balance day-to-day delivery with long-term planning
