Are you a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering technical excellence? This role offers the chance to lead innovative projects in driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. You’ll spearhead initiatives, leverage data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while working on cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Become a domain expert, aligning with multiple technical areas to deliver value.
• Lead cross-departmental process improvement initiatives, driving lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Manage project interdependencies and workflows across multiple teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Set, measure, and drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with organizational goals.
• Track progress using KPIs and metrics, demonstrating the impact of initiatives.

About You:

• 6+ years of technical project management experience
• Proven expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Strong experience in software delivery
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical delivery teams.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
