Seeking a results-driven AI Technical Specialist Manager to head our newly formed AI Specialist Unit within the Digital Natives EMEA Organization. This pivotal role requires a balance of visionary leadership and a steadfast commitment to execution, as you will be instrumental in advancing the application of generative AI solutions across forward-thinking startups and Digital Natives in the EMEA region. Your hands-on approach will ensure the delivery of tangible outcomes, driving the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionize business models and operational efficiencies.

You will work alongside other Data&AI specialist leaders, Azure leaders, and core account teams, as we work to solve customer challenges and drive AI adoption across EMEA. Build Strategy:

Solution Design and Proof:

  • Direct the team in delivering advanced solution demonstrations, ensuring our offerings are positioned effectively against competitors and lead to deployment commitments.

  • Promote the use of standardized solution frameworks, inspiring the team to apply innovative sales methodologies to drive customer-led digital transformations.

  • Support the team in developing tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft technology, positioning us as a leader in AI solutions.


  • Lead by example in technical expertise, providing insights to both internal teams and the broader tech community.

  • Act as a technical evangelist, delivering content at industry events, and promoting an environment where continuous learning is valued and shared across global teams.

  • Drive team engagement in tech communities, ensuring their experiences contribute to the team’s effectiveness and Microsoft’s evolution.
