We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer to elevate the perception of the Trustfull brand and products from good to exceptional, crafting world-class digital experiences that clearly communicate our value, showcase our product, and embody our brand.This role is ideal for someone highly creative, self-directed, and skilled in both visual and functional design. You’ll work like an in-house creative agency, leading everything from high-concept visual storytelling to hands-on UI execution. Your work will directly influence how users perceive and engage with Trustfull’s fraud prevention solutions, turning complex ideas into beautifully simple, intuitive interfaces. Motion design and product marketing experience are big bonuses, as our ideal candidate can bring stories to life through dynamic animation and compelling visuals.Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Trustfull website, from concept and design to implementation support and optimization.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Translate product and brand goals into effective visual storytelling through layout, motion, and interaction design.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and usability across the website.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product and development team to bring web pages and product marketing initiatives to life.
• Design animated and interactive content to explain product functionality, brand narrative, and user flows.
• Optimize web pages based on performance metrics (conversion, engagement, etc.) and conduct iterative improvements (A/B testing, feedback loops).
• Contribute to and sometimes lead creative concepting for product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices—bringing new ideas into the fold.
• When needed, produce video and motion graphics assets for marketing or feature explainers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a UX/UI or Senior Web Designer role (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects and web design work on Dribbble, Behance, Adobe Portfolio, or your personal website.
• Proven experience designing high-conversion, product-focused websites with strong narrative structure and visual impact.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Awareness of accessibility (a11y) and web performance best practices
• Experience with animation and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Principle).
• Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS); ability to collaborate with developers and communicate design intent clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language is required

A degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required if compensated by portfolio strength.Benefits
