Location: Cork, Ireland

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Staff Verification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with design, firmware, and hardware teams to verify the performance, completeness, and correctness of power devices at block, subsystem, and SoC levels.

Key Responsibilities:
-Architect verification environments for block, subsystem, and SoC-level designs.
-Develop UVM-SV scoreboards, functional coverage items, and SystemVerilog assertions for simulation.
-Manage verification plans using Cadence vManager tools.
-Create and manage automated regression environments.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams (analog, digital, firmware) to specify, design, and manage verification systems.
-Ensure protocol compliance for interfaces such as PMBus, I2C, AHB, etc.
-Track project progress against key milestones and report results.

What You Will Bring:
-A degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (PhD or post-graduate preferred).
-10+ years of experience in verification, with expertise in both hardware and firmware.
-Proficiency in UVM, SystemVerilog, and assertions.
-Experience with Cadence vManager, vPlan, and regression management.
-Strong background in RTL simulation tools and debugging test failures.
-Familiarity with mixed-signal ICs is a plus.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
-Experience mentoring less experienced team members.
