Vehicle Service Advisor required in Swansea.

• Starting salary is £24,760-28,550 per annum pending shift pattern chosen.
• Access to a multiple-performance-based bonus scheme.
• Working hours are 39 or 45 per week, Monday to Friday only.

Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Swansea.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work alongside another Vehicle Service Advisor and a workshop team and shall be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging, where necessary, a courtesy vehicle. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.The successful Service Advisor will be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy (any experience with Kerridge/ADP preferable), would be of high priority. Due to the nature of this Service Advisor role, recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor, or a similar role within the automotive industry, would be highly advantageous; however, it is non-essential.What’s in it for you?
