Service AdvisorLocation: StokeHours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pmDuration: PermanentSalary: £28,000- £32,000 DOE + Monthly BonusThe role:Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join their growing team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact in the aftersales department, delivering outstanding service and care to customers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital part in shaping the customer experience, demonstrating dedication to exceptional service and a strong reputation for excellence.Main duties:

• Delivering knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient service to all customers through phone, email, or in-person inquiries
• Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and identifying any additional requirements during vehicle drop-offs
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer service within the aftersales department and sharing insights with management
• Supporting the smooth running of the aftersales department by accurately scheduling workshop tasks and ensuring clear communication
• Effectively managing customer communication by providing timely updates on repairs and securing approval for any additional work

Experience:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment
• Flexible, team-oriented approach, able to assist the aftersales team during peak time
• Results-driven mindset, demonstrating resilience and the ability to overcome challenges
• Solid technical understanding of vehicles and their components
• Experience in upselling products or services, along with a valid driving licence
