Join Johnson Controls UK&I Service team, as a Service Coordinator (on site – Capenhurst).What we offerCompetitive salaryPaid Annual Leave – 25 days plus bank holidays (Holiday buy back option available)Phone, Laptop & Equipment provided.40 Hour week- Monday- FridayEncouraging, developmental & collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyWhat you will doAs a Service Coordinator based at a client site in Capenhurst you are the primary contact for our engineers and customer. You are responsible for the day-to-day administration /operational activity which can include scheduling maintenance inspections to site HVAC equipment, ordering supplies, managing vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks, using Service Max software. You will also be required to access client SAP systems to view upcoming maintenance tasks prior to uploading service reports and closing tasks to meet client KPI’s.How you will do itReport to the Service manager and site based JCI supervisor, with daily interaction with client’s maintenance lead.Responsible for the planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery team using JCI Service Max application.Operate client SAP systems to interact with JCI Service MaxManage customer enquiries.Process invoices and help with AR & AP enquires, Order supplies, & general managing of vendors.Liaise with regional JCI office to request mobile technician support as required.Support administrative tasks across the operational team.What we look forSomeone who is organised & can prioritise tasksExperience with Microsoft Office suite & with ordering & invoicing systemsExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenAbility to work independently & also as part of a wider teamExperience building & maintaining relationships with Client, Engineers, Venders etcPrevious experience in an administration role is desiredPrevious experience of Service Max & SAP operating systems is desiredSC Clearance is required for site access; this will be actioned prior to initial start date.Join our winning team and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard, and your work valued and respected.
