Service Delivery Support Administrator (6 months- fixed term)
We are a leading international provider of classification, compliance & consultancy services to the marine & offshore industry, helping our customers design, construct & operate their assets to the highest levels of safety & performance. We are looking for a Service Delivery Support Administrator covering South Europe, based in Athens. This is a full-time temporary position (6 months).

What are you going to do?

Your main responsibility is to provide administration support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload and undertakes a range of administrative activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients. In detail, you will: 

-Daily monitor ByD inbox and tasks received
-Set up Projects, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders (plus Quotes for specific type of projects only)
-Act as Responsible Person for low value-limited time projects; follow up and invoice the job when complete
-Ensure Project & Sales Order are properly closed with no errors in revenue recognition
-Methodical and formal follow up on Accrued Revenue until this is cleared
-Daily monitoring of Unassigned Costs, Time in Approval (Projects)
-Creation of Purchase Orders for Suppliers
-Review & follow up on post invoice queries until these are solved
-Raise Credit Task form and follow up until credit note is raised; arrange for a new invoice as necessary

What do we ask from you?

-A degree or equivalent;
-A high English level, expertise knowledge of Microsoft packages, Excel, Word and Outlook as a minimum;
-SAP knowledge in particular Business by Design will be a plus;
-Previous experience from a customer orientated background;
-Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, willingly participates and contributes in team activity and discussion, building rapport with colleagues, respects diversity and takes account of other people views, responds positively to requests and feedback from others, is polite, helpful and respectful and shares information with others;
-Analyse and resolve routine problems. Make effective decisions within standard parameters, policies and procedures.
