Full-Time | 37.5 hrs
£36,500 per annumAre you a passionate leader with experience in supported housing or mental health services? We’re seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop two supported living services for adults with enduring mental health needs and complex support requirements.What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care and housing support services.
• Manage staff development, recruitment, supervision, and performance.
• Oversee service quality, safeguarding, and health & safety compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, occupancy, and contract outcomes.

About You:

• Experience in managing supported housing, mental health, or social care teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach to dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding procedures, and risk management.
• Minimum Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent management experience).
