Evans HalshawFord LincolnTo welcome you as a Ford Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working weekWhy Evans Halshaw:

• Basic Salary from £33,539 up to £36,063 – Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £36,599 up to £39,123, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 – £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 – £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians
• 3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
• Excellent career progression and dedicated manufacturer training. These including but not limited to, EV Training, MOT Qualification Certification and F-Gas, to help accelerate your career!

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
