🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement BNPP Fortis processes in ServiceNow.
• Build and integrate interfaces to seamlessly connect BNPP Fortis data to ServiceNow.
• Set up API integrations between ServiceNow and local Fortis resources.
• Analyze needs and create automated exports to empower internal customers.
• Configure and manage email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow.
• Create efficient workflows to simplify and enhance operations.
• Migrate existing tools and processes to the ServiceNow platform.

🌍 What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills:

• English: Mandatory
• Dutch or French: A big plus
• Technical Expertise:

• ServiceNow Certified Developer with hands-on experience.
• Soft Skills That Set You Apart:
