For our site in Érd, we are looking for motivated colleagues to support the monthly payroll processing for our locations in Austria.Hungarian candidates with excellent German skills
Do you live in Hungary and have excellent German skills (at least B2) as well as English skills (at least B1)? Would you like to apply your language skills in a professional context and develop within an international company? Perfect – our team is looking forward to meeting you!Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support in preparing the monthly payroll processes for our Austrian locations
• Maintenance and updating of personnel data in SAP HCM, as well as management of employee lifecycle changes (entry, transfer, etc.)
• Assistance with processing absences and working time records, including direct contact with employees
• Support in creating reports and evaluations
• Close cooperation with internal HR interfaces in Austria
• Participation in projects aimed at process improvement and digitalization within the Shared Service Center

Requirements

• Completed commercial education (A-levels, vocational school, or equivalent)
• Ideally, first work experience in HR, e.g., payroll or HR administration
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP HCM
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken (min. B2+), good English skills
• Accuracy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working in a structured, service-oriented team environment
