• Academic background in engineering, economics or equivalent
• More than 20 years of industrial experience, including at least 3 in positions of responsibility as Industrial Director or equivalent, ideally acquired in a luxury brand or in the high-end segment of footwear
• Strategic thinking combined with a sense of product and quality of execution
• Good understanding of business issues and agile, proactive/solution-oriented mindset
• Commercial acumen to contribute to the development of Rossimoda, developing current and future commercial relationships
• Leadership
• Planning, organization, project management
• Proximity to teams and industrial network (suppliers and manufacturers)
• Fluent in Italian and English; French would be a plus.
